Reports

Once all the details are entered in the Tool and the Run option has been clicked, select the Reports option to view the various reports available. All reports can be exported in Excel.

🔔 Tip: Select All Columns during export to include additional information.

Available Reports

Report Name	Description
Lease Liability Schedule	Basic report showing the movement in lease liability, including lease payments, finance cost, and opening & closing balances. 🔹 Can be generated for one lease at a time.
Lease Asset Movement	Basic report showing the movement in ROU asset, including opening and closing balances and depreciation. 🔹 Can be generated for one lease at a time.
ARO Liability Movement	Report showing the movement in ARO liability, including ARO payments, finance cost, and opening & closing balances. 🔹 Can be generated for one lease at a time.
Journal Entries	Monthly report with journal entries to be posted in the ERP for lease accounting. 🔹 Can be generated for one, many, or all leases in a company.
Summary Report	As-on-report-date values for ROU and lease liability, and YTD values for depreciation, interest, and lease payments. 🔹 Can be generated for one, many, or all leases in a company.
Transition Option Report	Assists in selecting a transition option by showing values for ROU, lease liability, and opening reserves under all three transition options at the transition date. Also includes depreciation, interest, and lease payments for the remaining lease period.
Asset Movement Schedule	YTD report for year-end reporting of ROU asset movement, including gross block, accumulated depreciation, and net block for all leases.
Disclosure	Year-end report with key lease accounting parameters, including maturity analysis of undiscounted cash flows.
