User Specific Product - Region - UOM and Data Measure

· User can give authorization based on particular Product, Region and Data Measure.

Step 1: Select Product, Region and Data Measure

· The Product, Region and Data Measure that is specified in User Authorization as displayed in Forecast Plan Screen.

· Go to Menu Bar --> File --> User Authorization, click on User Tab and add a new user.

· Right-click on User and select Security to enter Product, Region and Data Measure.

· Add User Item. The User can select an Item at any level in Hierarchy.

· Add User Region. The User can select a Region at any level in Hierarchy.

· Add User Data Measure.

· Add UOM.

· Save the Changes and Clear Cache.

Step 2: View Results

· Go Menu Bar --> Forecast --> Forecast Plan. Now Tree Structure will have only the specified Item, Region.

· The specified Data Measure will be available to select.

· The Forecast Plan will be generated only to the Specified Product, Region and Data Measure.
