How to copy Users, Roles, Role Info and User Roles to other Plants

· Admins are able to copy users, roles, role information, and user roles from PlantId = '0' to other existing plants with ease using the 'Copy To' option in User Authorization.

To Copy Users

· Click on the "User" tab under User Authorization where the PlantId is '0'.

· Click on 'Copy To' button and select the PlantId to which the information is to be copied and choose the Users to be added to other plants from the "Copy to" window.

· Then, click on 'Copy To'.

· Confirmation message should appear and click on 'Yes'.

To Copy Roles

· Click on the "Roles" tab under User Authorization where the PlantId is '0'.

· Click on 'Copy To' button and select the PlantId to which the information is to be copied and choose the Roles and Role Info to be added to other plants from the "Copy to" window.

· Then, click on 'Copy To'.

· Confirmation message should appear and click on 'Yes'.

To Copy User Role

· Click on the "User Role" tab under User Authorization where the PlantId is '0'.

· Click on 'Copy To' button and select the PlantId to which the information is to be copied and choose the User Roles to be added to other plants from the "Copy to" window.

· Then, click on 'Copy To'.

· Confirmation message should appear and click on 'Yes'.
