SendMail

Send Mail Paramerters

· User can send mails using the workflow task Send Mail

· Mail configurations will be taken from MailSettings

· Right click on the Send Mail Task and select Details.

· Select Mail Parameters tab to add parameters. Click on Edit flag to choose Mail template.

· User can define different templates in Utilities -->Email Template screen.

· User can specfify the mail details in Email Template screen.

· Select a Template from the dropdown and Save.

· Click on Add button in the Send Mail table and give Query details.It can be User Query or Stored Procedure.

· Save once the fileds are filled. It will be shown as below.

Run the Send Mail task.
